The level of dedication and enthusiasm shown by Michele and all of the instructors is immeasurable. I cannot thank you all enough
for taking the time to share your knowledge, experience, and sheer love of this game with the next generation. I can honestly say
that I have never been so impressed with the quality of instruction that the girls received. I was even more impressed with the
amount of individual instruction that each athlete was given. I would highly recommend this camp to anyone that is serious about
the game of softball. Our daughter came away with so much more than we expected, including a much higher level of intensity and
dedication. I cannot say enough great things about Michele; she is a true Olympian in every since of the word. I am so proud to
have her as a representative of our country. She is a positive role model, not just for the players, but for their families as well.

When you sign up for a camp such as this, there are a lot of unknowns. Will my daughter get individual attention? Is the complex
up to par? We came from over 500 miles away to attend this camp. To say our expectations were high is an understatement. Now
that the camp is over we cannot say enough about the Michele Smith Gold camp. Michele is a true Olympian in every sense of the
word. Her ability to reach out to each and every player that attended was just plain impressive. Michele was much more accessible
to the players and parents than was expected. She truly loves the sport! It was a great experience and we'll definitely be back!

The one thing that really excited Domanique was that she was taught many individual drills to improve her hitting, pitching and
fielding skills. Also, she's been playing in league ball for six years and her main complaint is that practices tend to be boring,
however during this camp, she played softball for 6 hours a day for three days and never once said she was bored, rather it's the
most fun she's had playing softball.

Last summer three of my players were very fortunate in being able to attend the "Michele Smith Gold Camp". I couldn't believe the
difference four days could make, not just in skill enhancement, but also in the attitude they came out of it with. I've been coaching
softball for 15 yrs. and I've never seen one experience help so much. I also had the pleasure or should I say the honor of watching
Michele work with the girls the last day. Truly amazing!!! In my opinion, the best option around. She is fastpitch softball. You can
spend your time and money trying the rest. However, I'd just go with the best.

I was "one of the lucky ones" who had the chance to attend the first Michele Smith Gold Camp at Sports at the Beach. What can I
say... Michele is simply the best. I'm a L.H. pitcher who also plays 1st. base, sounded like a "no brainer" to me. It was truly amazing
what I came out of the camp with. My skills and maybe more important, my work ethic where both vastly improved. My attitude...
all I wanted to do was show everyone how much the "short time" with Michele helped, and it truly did.
I was able to find a pitching coach that attended a coaches clinic "some years" ago in NJ that Michele was at to demonstrate the
correct fastpitch form. Coach Paul came away being a true believer. We worked this past fall/winter season on what Michele was
preaching and believe me, it worked. In prior years, I attended other camps, I always remember my Dad asking... who is the person
running the camp? He didn't ask that question this year, he didn't have to go looking for someone in an office (who really didn't
have a clue how I was doing) to try to find out how I was doing... Michele was out there working with us alongside the other
coaches. I'm coming back with some of my friends. The nights were fun... plenty to do. I'm not getting into it more, you'll
just have to come and see what you missed this past year!

My daughter Leah and four other girls from their Central Bay Cruisers 14U ASA team did a fundraiser to earn money to go to the
Michele Smith Gold Camp at Sports at the Beach. They had such an awesome experience at this camp that they are ready to go
right back out and raise money to go to the next one! I had the opportunity to observe them for a short time each day at camp.
Michele was an active participant in every aspect of the camp and the girls were on a first name basis with her. She personally
worked with all of the girls every day on drills, along with the coaches. She gave one on one instruction in pitching, hitting, and
fielding. She cheered them on at games and held motivational discussions that had the girls totally enthralled... When I asked the
girls what their favorite part of camp was, they couldn't give me one single answer. They loved Michele, the coaches, the drills,
the games, the food, the dorms, the skits, and the water balloons. They didn't want it to end and they can't wait to go back!
